Grant Application
Beneficiary Agency Forms:
Agencies that provide
direct services to patients/clients, provide HIV/AIDS education or
prevention programs, or have innovative programs to stop new HIV
infections should apply for a grant from the Foundation. There
are some changes to our grant focus for the 2010/2011
cycle. Please review the grant guidelines.
Beneficiary agencies are
encouraged to apply for grants with collaborating partner agencies.
In fostering "community values" the Foundation would like to see
larger agencies greater than $500K in annual operating budgets to
partner with agencies under $500K in annual operating budgets.
The new economic realities for the next few years require that
agencies work in close relationship with other agencies to achieve
higher efficiencies and better demonstrative outcomes from the
programs funded by a multitude of grantmakers.
Highest priority is given
to prevention/education programs and direct client services.
Additionally, programs focusing on the current risk group (age
15-24) are also favored by the Foundation.
