Starting a Team
A team
is a group of 4 or more fellow team members, associates, friends;
co-workers, fellow students, religious/civic organization members
and families or anyone you invite to participate with your team.
Team members pre-register, raise money and participate together in
AIDS Walk Long Beach on Saturday, June 5, 2010
Once your team is
registered, we’ll send your Team Captain a Team Leader Kit
with all the tools you’ll need to begin organizing a successful team
or put your team together today and download the forms from the
Forms and
Download link on the left menu bar.
A team is a great morale
builder and public exposure for your club, sponsors, business and
organizations. It's a great reason for friends and family to get
together, to show support for those fighting HIV/AIDS or walk in
memory of loved ones. Join others who are walking and raising funds
for the beneficiary agencies who a working to end AIDS..
The top team also
receives an award at the post event celebration.

There are only 3 Team
Centers Available!
A team
consisting of 10 or more people that register by June 1, 2010 and
raises $2500 or more on-line by June 04, 2010 qualify for a Team Station complete
with a complimentary breakfast and a Team Center Trophy.
Team Meeting
Centers will be issued to the TOP 3 Teams who have raised the most
on-line by June 04, 2010.
Team Stations
are prominently placed in the middle of the event site.
Fun Fact: Did you know the majority of the Fortune 500 companies match
your fundraising? Corporate and Business Teams, don't forget
to check if your company has matching funds. So why not double it with a Company Matching
Funds program? Not sure if your Company matches funds, ask you
Human Resources Dept.
