Incomplete Red Ribbon Run Registrations

If you registered and joined a team and intend to do the 5K or 10K run, you must pay the registration difference of $10 or your registration will not be complete to enter the Red Ribbon Run. Please click on this link below so we can complete your Red Ribbon Run Registration.

5K/10K Red Ribbon Runners should have registered under 5K/10K Run.

Your registration is incomplete if you do not have the correct registration fee.

If you wish to bring the difference in cash on the day of the event, you may also do that before you will be allowed to enter the Run.

Last year as it turned out, we had twice as many people as we were expecting for the 2008 Run. Even the International City Bank Long Beach Marathon came to observe our fun run in action and invited us as a beneficiary agency for the marathon. We are grateful for the help each year of the Shoreline Frontrunners and Justin Rudd in helping us to produce this segment. Each year we learn how to improve our event just a bit better without spending valuable dollars. There are no paid staff or contractors to put on the Run. Only the dedicated help of volunteers from the community to make this fundraising event a successful component.

On-line registration for the 10K or 5K Run is fast, secure and easy. In fact the registration process is exactly like registering for all the other categories. Just click on the menu link Register Now to complete your on-line registration process.

When you register as a runner you will be assigned a runner number on the day of the event. This is a fun run and not a sanctioned event. Your time will be tracked by a simple run clock and volunteers. Medals will be awarded in standard Run Classifications and the awards will be issued to winners in each category.

While most runners participate only for their own fun and fitness, we hope that they will also fundraise for the cause. You can still build your own personal web page with pictures and do your fundraising just like those participating in the 5K Walk and Pet Walk. We also suggest raising as much you can by setting a personal goal. Runners will also receive their medals after the Run segment is completed. More information will follow.
